Some students may notice that the times of their private lessons and/or group classes may be off. I have alerted Take Lessons to the issue and we are currently working on updates. I am able to go in and change most of the private lessons at this time, but I'm unable to change the times of the group classes without canceling all the classes, and re-entering them at the correct time. I have reached out to TL to see if they can adjust the times on the group classes back to the pre-daylight savings update times. Don't hesitate to message me if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Until further notice we will plan on having private lessons at our usually scheduled times. I'll keep everyone posted on the status of the group classes.

 By participating in the Online Dance Lessons offered by Dance with Ms. Chrystie, you will receive information and instruction about movement, dancing & related activities.  You recognize that this requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and can cause physical injury, and You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the Online Lessons.

  2.  In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online dance, movement and related activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

  3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online Dance Lessons, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  4.  You understand that recording of the Online Dance Lessons is strictly prohibited. You agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of the Online Dance Lessons.

  5.  You, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.
