New Year Dance Class Demo & Dance Workshop

Time: 12pm PST, 2pm CST, 3pm EST..etc

In this New Year Dance Workshop we will go through a dynamic stretching warm up, focusing on individual muscle groups and dance isolations. We will progress from simple dance footwork to more complex steps and layering dance movements that anyone can incorporate into their unique dance style. All our classes are #bodypositive, and we talk a lot in class about ways to modify or make accommodations for all body types and levels of dance skill.  By participating in the Online Dance Lessons offered by Dance with Ms. Chrystie, you will receive information and instruction about movement, dancing & related activities.  You recognize that this requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and can cause physical injury, and You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the Online Lessons.

  2.  In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online dance, movement and related activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

  3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online Dance Lessons, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  4.  You understand that recording of the Online Dance Lessons is strictly prohibited. You agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of the Online Dance Lessons.

  5.  You, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.
