June Group Classes on Take Lessons - update

I'm having an issue posting my group classes on take lessons, but as soon as Admin gets the bugs worked out, I'll start updating the schedule as follows:


Mondays : 12:30pm PST Drop in Dance 

Mondays 7pm  PST  Open Ballet 

Tuesdays 7pm Open Tap Dance 

Wednesdays 12:30pm PST Drop in Dance 

Wednesdays 7pm PST - Summer Theme Dance 

Thursdays 12:30pm PST Drop in Stretch Class 

 Thursdays 7pm PST Drop in Stretch Class

Fridays 7pm PST Hula Hoop Flow 

Saturdays 7:30AM PST Hula Hoop Flow

Saturdays 11:30AM PST Open Improv Dance

Sundays 7:30am PST Isolations and Movement

Sundays 11:30 PST Stretch and Flexibility Class

 By participating in the Online Dance Lessons offered by Dance with Ms. Chrystie, you will receive information and instruction about movement, dancing & related activities.  You recognize that this requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and can cause physical injury, and You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

  1.  You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in the Online Dance Lessons. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the Online Lessons.

  2.  In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online dance, movement and related activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

  3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online Dance Lessons, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  4.  You understand that recording of the Online Dance Lessons is strictly prohibited. You agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of the Online Dance Lessons.

  5.  You, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.

 I have read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. By participating in class I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
