Simple Flow Sequence

  1. Waist Hooping: Start with the hoop around your waist. Get a feel for the rhythm and motion.

  2. Transition to Shoulder Hooping: Once stable, lift the hoop to your shoulders. You can achieve this by leaning back a bit and using your arms to direct the hoop upward.


  3. Back to Waist Hooping: After a few rotations on your shoulder, guide the hoop back down to your waist for a smooth transition.


  4. Add a Toss: To ramp up the excitement, toss the hoop into the air and catch it back around your waist. This move not only adds flair but also helps improve your coordination.


Practicing Your Flow

  5.  You, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.
