TUESDAY EVENING VIRTUAL CLASSES – SCHEDULE UPDATE

Hello Dancers & Families,

We hope you’re finding plenty of moments to #MakeTimeToDance! This is an important scheduling update: Tuesday evening virtual classes are on hold until July. With competitions, rehearsals, and performances filling our calendar, we’re adjusting our schedule to support our dancers during this exciting (and very busy!) season.

Your understanding and flexibility mean so much to us.


Stay Updated: Please remember to keep an eye on the studio calendar for summer updates, class additions, and schedule changes as we get closer to July.

 By participating in the Online Dance Lessons offered by Dance with Ms. Chrystie, you will receive information and instruction about movement, dancing & related activities.  You recognize that this requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and can cause physical injury, and You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

  1.  You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in the Online Dance Lessons. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the Online Lessons.

  2.  In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online dance, movement and related activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

  3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Online Dance Lessons, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  4.  You understand that recording of the Online Dance Lessons is strictly prohibited. You agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of the Online Dance Lessons.

  5.  You, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Dance with Ms. Chrystie and/or its agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.

 I have read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. By participating in class I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
